This week we talk to Bridie Walker (21:14), a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates teacher, yoga teacher and Precision Nutrition coach. Bridie shares with us her approach to movement and nutrition. We cover a range of topics including:

-  The diet culture that many of us grew up in and has shaped our relationship with our bodies

- Incorporating movement snacks like squats between tasks to stay active throughout the day

- Easy meal planning including having plants on your plate first before packaged foods, and focusing on intuitive eating by listening to your body's needs

- What is fibre and Getting adequate fibre from a variety of plant sources helps hormone regulation and digestion

- The importance of resistance training for bone and muscle health as we age

- Finding community, spending time outdoors, laughing with family and friends contributes greatly to wellbeing


Before we chat to Bridie, Steph and Chloe sing along to the “Backstreet Boys”, talk about Chloe’s feminine coaching plans, discuss Chloe’s recent family holiday (& photoshoot) and Steph goes deep into the personal lives of The Wiggles.
