8 Kinesiology: Love Languages, sleep deprivation and who wants to be a millionaire
In this episode, Steph and Chloe discuss the holistic therapy of Kinesiology (22:17). Chloe shares her experience of having kinesiology sessions to balance her stress levels and clear limiting beliefs. They also talk about love languages and how understanding your partner's love language can improve communication and connection.
Before diving into kinesiology, Steph and Chloe have an open and honest chat about their current life situations. Steph shares that she has been sleep deprived due to her 11 month olds sleep (or lack there of). Chloe mentions that she avoids watching the news because it is too negative. They also discuss how often they wash their pillowcases and how screaming helped change their energy before the recording.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a natural therapy that uses muscle reflex testing to tap into the subconscious mind. It addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person to bring the body back into a state of balance. The practice of kinesiology guides a person to find their own unique balance.
It works with energy to correct energy imbalances and uses gentle natural remedies as a tool to balance the body. It helps bypass the conscious mind and tap into the subconscious realms to identify and clear stress.
